• Helper Program (HELP) - This team handles the helper training program and recruits prospective moderators.
• Frontline Moderation (MOD) - This team handles most in-world moderation and oversees frontline reports.
• Frontline Support (SPRT) - This team handles screening for incoming support tickets and either resolves them or assign them to the appropriate team.
• Escalations (ESC) - This team handles all escalated reports and investigations, including investigations for ban appeals and scamming/phishing responses.
• Technical Operations (TECH) - This team handles technical inquiries, investigations into exploits, and monitors the forums for disruption reports.
• Payments & Anti-Fraud (PAY) - This team handles payment inquiries and anti-fraud investigations and is staffed by HQ directly.
• Forums Moderation (FORUM) - This team handles all forums moderation and social channel moderation.
